Our events are scheduled and we will not intentionally cancel any event; however, if any of our events are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or significant organizational issues we will issue a full refund of the registration fee. We expect that all registrants will participate in our events. If an individual fails to attend for personal reasons and does not follow the cancellation procedure, we will not provide any refunds after the event. Full refund available up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund within 15-30 days before the event. For each refund and cancellation procedure, it is essential to provide a brief and clear email confirmation that includes the appropriate reasons. Following the payment process and confirmation of your slot, should you choose to cancel your participation and request an immediate refund; you must present valid reasons for the cancellation of your registration. In certain instances, our organization may require evidence supporting the reason for the cancellation along with the necessary documentation. Refund requests lacking valid reasons will not be accepted. If a refund request is submitted less than 15 days prior to the scheduled event date, such a request will be denied, and no refund will be processed from our end. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment (if the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to that card exclusively). Refunds will be credited to the account of the registered individual within 30 days from the cancellation date. In cases where an online participant is unable to attend our events due to connectivity or technical issues on their end, the registration fee will not be refundable.
